Marketing Research Analyst

 

Description:

We are looking for a seasoned data analyst who is enthusiastic about data and has experience influencing action through effective communication, stakeholder management, and technical communication. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of communicating and influencing change, be an expert communicator, comfortable speaking truth to power, and thrive in dynamic senior-level conversations. The candidate should also have experience in moderating conflicting points of view, building consensus, stakeholder management, and interpreting data architecture and methodologies.

As a Marketing Research Analyst you will:

  • Initiate change through data driven analysis and effective communication.
  • Build close working relationships and trust with technical experts throughout the organization.
  • Communicate unbiased assessment of current state of data assets and analytical methodologies. Including: capabilities, limitation, and improvements.
  • Provide direction to project team resources to support and deliver solutions including planning, prioritization and managing timelines project resources.
  • Partner with functional team and application owners on data reconciliation & validation efforts.
  • Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets.
  • Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop communication plan and shape conversion for mitigation.
  • Collaborate directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
