- Someone who can demonstrate confidence within marketing and has experience working with clients and key stakeholders
- Relationship and partnership management experience is essential to this role
- Manage marketing and media budget
- Manage partnership and sponsorship relationships, need someone with an executive presence and a strong professional acumen for marketing
- Someone who has a passion for sports and entertainment is a huge plus
- Coordinate logistics for partnerships and sponsorships
- Be part of the vendor management process
- There is an administrative part to this role to keep marketing budgets, and develop processes, and follow up on projects and present project briefs and timelines
- Collaborate with external partners, such as camera crews, photographers, location scouts and more to execute marketing initiatives, including commercials
- Brainstorm with team on commercial and external marketing ideas
- Develop and maintain a marketing playbook and calendar to guide marketing initiatives throughout the year
- Oversee Facebook marketing efforts and track ROI on various marketing channels
- Plan and execute give-back events, including securing media coverage and generating creative ideas to increase visibility
- Focus on branding and marketing to our current customer database to drive engagement and loyalty
- Work with IT team to maintain website, website experience is a plus
- Take ownership of various marketing tasks, including event planning (e.g., company picnic), ticket distribution, social media management, mailers, and email campaigns
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of marketing, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities
- Excellent project management skills
- Not afraid to speak up and offer ideas and suggestions
- Proven experience in marketing logistics, vendor management, and traditional media advertising
