Support with the development and execution of field marketing plans, including customer events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars, customer and prospect campaigns/nurtures, and social media
Help organize and coordinate Veeva and industry events, including logistics, internal and external communications, speaker management, promotions, budgeting, and reporting
Coordinate with internal teams such as product marketing, creative services, content, product, customer success, sales, public relations, social media, and digital teams to manage field marketing program components
Write on-message campaign copy (including landing pages, emails, and social posts) that drives high engagement and conversion
Help maintain complete, accurate contact lists for marketing and sales
Support the execution and optimization of outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers leveraging email, LinkedIn, SlideShare, Facebook, YouTube, Google AdWords, and other outlets
Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (events, campaigns, Google Analytics, etc.)
Lead and support additional marketing programs across Veeva teams as needed
Monitor and communicate changes in campaign performance
Requirements
3+ years of B2B software or high-growth SaaS startup marketing experience
Experience planning and managing events including industry events/tradeshows and webinars
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience copywriting for email, landing pages, and social media campaigns
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization
Well organized with very high attention to detail
Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google applications
Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations
Proficient in delivering content via social media tools
Growth minded and a team player with a positive attitude
