Marketing Executive

Best Care EMS is a leading Private Ambulance Companies in the Houston Area and is currently seeking a full time Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive is responsible for establishing and maintaining public relations and marketing within the service areas. This person is also accountable for promoting and relaying information about services provided by Best Care EMS to the medical community and clients.

Essential Functions of Position:

Generates and develops new leads through a combination of in-bound calls, out-bound calls and facility visits.

Conducts one on one contacts with potential referral sources, maintain positive relationships with current contracted facilities.

Identifies contacts and manages potential clients/facilities.

Sources potential, appropriate facilities/patients for transportation.

Accomplishes targeted goals.

Works individually or with a team in recommending actions, scheduling and executing marketing programs, assisting in the development of marketing communications and coordinating promotions.

Responsible for implementing and managing systems to track inquiries, contracts, calls and other information necessary to monitor business activity.

Participates in departmental budget planning and supplies monthly report to General Manager.

Designs and manages the marketing strategies for the company.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years experience in Healthcare Marketing.

Must be detail oriented and highly organized

Must have effective written and verbal communication
