Description:
We’re looking for a hardworking producer who can keep us on track, on time, and on budget across all creative workstreams. Someone who thrives in the organizational details: keeping tidy timelines, tracking various ongoing project deliverables, and managing schedules. Someone who has a sharp creative eye and can help ensure delivery of top-notch creative—and push work from good enough to award-winning. The producer will partner closely with our Senior Content Strategist, lifecycle strategists, internal creative team, and collaborate with external agencies and business partners across the org.
What you'll do:
- Manage creative and campaign development across mediums such as email, in-app content, multi-channel campaigns, videos, website, social media, and more
- Manage a holistic calendar of all creative workstreams and create reports on project status, tasks in production, initiative progress, etc.
- Create a tracking system of all moving creative pieces and help to shepherd projects through launch
- Be a key creative production partner to the marketing team, acting as the “first line of defense” and ensuring the best creative output
- Schedule and run regular creative standups with internal & agency teams
- Help to make our end-to-end creative process (from ideation to approval to launch) more seamless for all parties
- Aggregate & organize feedback from all stakeholders and communicate feedback to creative teams for updates
- Manage legal and other stakeholder approval process
- Assist with other creative and project management tasks across the marketing team
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience producing multi-channel creative and campaigns across various mediums, preferably in a creative agency or client side creative environment
- Solid project management skills - ability to lead, develop timelines and provide clear direction, prioritization, and planning
- Solid understanding of how to achieve objectives while meeting an expected brand standard and a high bar for aesthetic quality within set budgets and schedules
- A critical eye for great design and copywriting
- Successfully worked cross functionally & building effective working relationships
- Ability to flex and pitch in on new tasks outside of the defined role - our team wears many hats
- Previous experience in Fintech and/or App based company preferred
- A strong verbal and written communicator
