Description:
The Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include graphic design, assisting in organizing campaigns, as well as developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to promote the firm's properties and investments.
- Design and coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, advertisements, and digital content, using design programs such as Illustrator or Canva.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, to create, proofread, and edit various marketing materials to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Assist in the organization and execution of both virtual and in-person events, including venue research, travel coordination, event material coordination, and more.
- Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Facilitate with the tracking of department spending and maintaining budgets.
- Copy writing for various marketing collateral (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
- Film and edit basic video content for social media, website and other uses.
- Identifying and suggesting opportunities for collaborative marketing efforts across the organization.
- Work closely with, and mentor, the Jr. Marketing Coordinator
- Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
- Perform other marketing tasks as needed.
What we need:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in marketing or equivalent education.
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier) and Canva.
- Digital Photography and video editing experience a plus.
- Digital Advertising, including Google AdWords and HubSpot experience a plus.
