Description:
The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance FFTC’s online presence and attract students globally. This role includes rebuilding our website, managing our social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram), and creating engaging marketing materials. Daily engagement on social media with professional and original content is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Development:
Lead the redesign and ongoing maintenance of the FFTC website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Social Media Management:
Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Content Creation:
Create high-quality, original content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories that promote FFTC’s programs and achievements.
- Marketing Materials:
Design and produce brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral to support promotional activities and events.
- Engagement:
Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics:
Track and analyze website and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Branding:
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to gather content and ensure marketing efforts align with FFTC’s goals and values.
- Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in web development, social media, and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and online engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
