Our client, a prominent player in the Manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator for a temporary 6-month contract!
As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will support corporate events through powerpoint creation, cataloging marketing materials, and various other marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to corporate events and marketing initiatives. Previous experience in kitchen/bath, home furnishings, or showrooms is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle logistics, bookings, rentals, and act as a liaison with sales teams for product displays at regional and customer shows.
- Develop engaging presentations for corporate events, utilizing provided content to effectively communicate key messages.
- Provide additional support to the Marketing team as required, assist with various marketing tasks.
- Organize and catalog marketing materials digitally for easy accessibility and reference.
- Collaborate with Sales Management on campaign and product launch activities, ensure seamless coordination with trade partners.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate across the organization to drive channel initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify opportunities and coordinate POS activities, including the production of literature, forecasts, distribution, and inventory management for North America.
- Manage and track co-op advertising initiatives to maximize brand visibility and sales impact.
- Provide marketing and presentation materials to support sales efforts and aid in the development of sales strategies.
- Oversee display inventory, forecasts, and supplier relationships to ensure effective management of the display program.
- Coordinate and distribute the North America monthly newsletter, and handle market requests from customers in coordination with the Brand & Communications team.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
