Responsible for the strategic planning and platform-first execution of paid social and digital marketing campaigns to drive brand goals.
Drive integrated social influencer programs with internal and relevant agency partners.
Drive agile social programs with custom targeting and content opportunities.
Proactively collaborate and communicate effectively with internal marketers as well as cross-functional partners across the organization to drive the business and deliver on brand vision.
Develop compelling strategic briefs and input creative teams on the development of creative assets for campaigns/initiatives.
Evaluate creative content to ensure a consistent voice in alignment with brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging themes.
Assist in the management of agency and 3rd party partners as needed to develop marketing campaigns and content.
Support development and execution of other brand programs and content on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
4-5 years' experience in marketing preferred, agency experience a plus.
Agile thinker with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to deadlines and provide follow-up to ensure completeness and quality.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve and work in the grey.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills. Ability to build relationships, interact professionally and comfortably.
