Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our internal communications, employee engagement, talent marketing, and support our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). This role offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate with a degree in marketing, communications, or other related field to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication. This includes preparing proposals, presentations, and other communication materials and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain the account’s rhythm of business and content calendar by developing content for all recurring internal communications across various platforms, including email, social media, and digital displays.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication and marketing campaigns, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve strategies.
- Assist in the management of online communities dedicated to promoting the company's culture and values to existing employees and potential talent through various channels, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Yammer, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the People (HR) and Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) teams to develop and execute talent marketing campaigns that highlight CBRE's unique employer brand and attract top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with various departments to create and distribute engaging content through multiple channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, and digital displays.
- Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of company-wide events, workshops, and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, aligned with our DE&I goals.
- Contribute to the development of creative content, including written materials, graphics, and videos, to communicate key messages and updates.
- Play a key role in ensuring brand adherence by maintaining brand guidelines and facilitating consistency across all communication materials.
- Lead template building and creation, developing standardized and customizable templates for various communication purposes and channels.
- Support the new hire swag program, creating memorable onboarding experiences through creative designs and CBRE branding.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for enhancing employee engagement and talent marketing initiatives.
- Organizes and coordinates work assignments with vendors and provides vendors with items necessary to complete projects.
- Maintains updated list of account achievements, best practices, and employee stories.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications, employee engagement, talent marketing, and DE&I.
- Updates and maintains the internal document library and marketing supplies.
- Other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year university in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (internships and relevant coursework will be considered).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and communication strategies.
