Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team in Cleveland, TN. This is a hybrid position with the option to either work from home or in our office in Cleveland. Preference will be given to local candidates with the ability to attend periodic in-person meetings. Some travel will also be involved for industry trade shows and other out-of-town events. As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and support the overall growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Nextorch and its products.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Sales & Marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, digital, and print campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Help coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including logistics, booth setup, and post-event evaluation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional items.
- Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends and technologies, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven marketing experience preferably in the Law Enforcement, Tactical, or Sporting Goods industries.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends and insights.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
