How You Will Contribute

  • Set up proposals for new construction and existing building energy efficiency and sustainability services
  • Support the research, writing and coordination of content for proposals and collateral
  • Assemble qualification documents for client requests
  • Track leads and opportunities utilizing our project management software
  • Support the organization of participation in industry events
  • Assist with website management and social media
  • Oversee internal job postings, tracking of candidates, and contribute to general recruiting efforts

Your Expertise

  • Degree in business, marketing, graphic design, or communications
  • Proposal writing skills and graphic design experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite (specifically Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus
  • Curious and actively seek answers to questions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, creative, and driven to do well at any task
  • Ability to tackle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks within individual workload and adhere to deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Appreciates a collaborative work environment
  • An ideal candidate has knowledge of commercial real estate development industry, and architecture and engineering field, along with experience with A/E/C industry RFP’s and RFQ’s
