How You Will Contribute
- Set up proposals for new construction and existing building energy efficiency and sustainability services
- Support the research, writing and coordination of content for proposals and collateral
- Assemble qualification documents for client requests
- Track leads and opportunities utilizing our project management software
- Support the organization of participation in industry events
- Assist with website management and social media
- Oversee internal job postings, tracking of candidates, and contribute to general recruiting efforts
Your Expertise
- Degree in business, marketing, graphic design, or communications
- Proposal writing skills and graphic design experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite (specifically Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus
- Curious and actively seek answers to questions
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, creative, and driven to do well at any task
- Ability to tackle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks within individual workload and adhere to deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Appreciates a collaborative work environment
- An ideal candidate has knowledge of commercial real estate development industry, and architecture and engineering field, along with experience with A/E/C industry RFP’s and RFQ’s
