Marketing Coordinator

This position will support communications and marketing efforts to reach the diverse communities that we serve and want to serve. In this role, you will help create and measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, multimedia, and sales materials. You will be responsible for managing marketing projects, conducting research, and supporting the production of business-to-business and business-to-consumer content designed to encourage participation in energy efficiency programs.

The position will be based in or near Portland, Oregon. Remote/hybrid working is currently in effect.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Write content for different audiences in print and digital media including websites, newsletters, fact sheets, and blogs
• Support digital marketing initiatives by monitoring and optimizing websites, creating and tracking email marketing campaigns, and supporting search engine optimization and digital advertising campaigns
• Coordinate and research events, webinars and speaking opportunities
• Conduct market research
• Track performance of marketing projects and report on marketing activity metrics
• Support production, and maintenance of fact sheets, email newsletters, websites, social media posts, and other materials
• Collaborate with industry partners to develop content and cross-promote programs
• Support marketing meetings by preparing agendas and documenting action items
• Complete other administrative and coordination duties as assigned
