Description:
Work at the direction of assigned Marketing Managers to assist with branding and development of Product Line of Business marketing deliverables including but not limited to print and digital media, website maintenance, content management, social content curation, sales tool development and product support. Responsible for the tracking and timely approval to meet applicable risk policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develops and owns assigned marketing projects within scope, timeline and budget
- Manage internal and external resources and agency partners to meet assigned objectives
- Adheres to applicable risk policies and procedures
- Ensure process adherence, quality of content created and delivered to the business
- Cooperatively work with cross-functional teams for any project need (compliance, Creative services, LOB, squad)
- Self-starter, ability to take initiative with limited supervision
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Must have excellent attention to detail, high level of organization and excel at multi-tasking.
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while proactively sharing timely status updates and information with partners
Essential Job Competencies
- Basic understanding of client strategy and business and financial knowledge
- Solid writing skills; can cohesively present and organize information in support of findings
- Solid presentation development; thoughtful organization of content; audience typically within Marketing and cross functional teams
- Develop influencing skills through data interpretation and findings
- Agile experience and working knowledge of agile tools is a plus
