Description:
In this role, the candidate will help plan and execute end-to-end customer-facing promotional campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement and revenue, and will implement business data to analyze campaign results and title-specific performance. Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the ideation and execution of customer-facing marketing campaigns, brand development, and release plans for franchise content in the music storytelling space
- Collaborating with talent, managers, creative teams, external stakeholders, and cross-functionally across internal departments in order to drive cohesive strategy, streamline communication, troubleshoot issues, and connect the dots between teams
- Contributing to all aspects of strategic initiatives through brainstorming collaborations, developing pitches, managing deliverables and approvals, facilitating talent relations, understanding best practices and new initiatives, and sharing feedback
- Assisting with events, activations, and talent-focused efforts from start to finish, including pitching and developing ideas, aiding on site, and overseeing launch
- Identifying novel ways to innovate, generate buzz and create impact in strategically engaging target audiences for both legacy and newly launching music storytelling franchises
- Executing highly visible, go-to-market plans for premiere original programming properties, with a holistic eye on curating thoughtful and cohesive multi-surface and multi-channel touchpoints for new and existing customers
- Helping develop, submit and manage creative briefs and deliverables lists for campaigns
- Working with internal stakeholders across teams to deploy content marketing communications and promotions to drive customer acquisition, engagement and increase long-term member retention
- Working with external stakeholders to deliver marketing assets in a timely and professional manner
- Implementing quality control to ensure all executions are done on time and correctly
- Liaising with creative teams to accurately and effectively share promotional plans, information, and feedback from partners
- Overseeing the tracking of promotional assets and campaign activities via the creation, cataloging and tagging of campaign-specific referral markers and action codes
- Assisting in the development of campaign decks for both internal and external partners
- Using data and analytics to report on the results of campaigns and determine opportunities to optimize, refine and overall improve campaign performance
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in B2C and industry-facing marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Demonstrated skills in building relationships and working effectively with all levels
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be a self-starter, problem-solver, and quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
