OpenText is seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Campaign Analyst. The Marketing Campaign Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, SEM, SEO, and display advertising. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage marketing data including customer demographics, behavior, and engagement metrics. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into campaign performance. Present findings to internal stakeholders and make recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product management to optimize campaign strategies and tactics.
- Leverage statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to forecast campaign outcomes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences. Use research findings to inform campaign strategies and messaging.
- Implement marketing automation processes and workflows to streamline campaign execution and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign briefs, creative assets, and messaging strategies aligned with business objectives.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics or related role, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Salesloft, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Showpad, Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua is a plus.
