Description:
The Marketing Associate will participate in the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans for select Integra brands in key strategic areas of marketing, branding, advertising, promotional activities, and forecasting. Additional scope includes operational execution of Tradeshows, Surgeon Education, or Labs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Deliver promotional campaigns to support the business. Deliverables include graphics, promotion copy, website copy/design, brand collateral.
- Support development of customer facing initiatives that communicate product value propositions and build brand awareness while complying with regulatory standards (advertising, conference activities, KOL events, media tours/events)
- Develop compelling and effective marketing and selling tools that deliver clear, differentiating brand messages vs competition. Helps Provide specific direction to the sales team on how to best use the tools to achieve goals, including detailers, educational brochures, staff training tools and promotional flyers.
- Build connections and relationships across the entire Integra organization in as effort to drive projects forward. Cross functional partners include Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, & R&D.
- Help manage relationships with all outside vendors who provide marketing support services including agencies, market research firms, promotion companies and fulfillment centers.
- Support in Promotional Material inventory control by maintaining on-line literature libraries.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position.
- Bachelor or Associates Degree
- 0-3 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of database, design, Internet software as well as Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel 30% of time
