Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations: Respond to all inquiries within 48 hours, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for all.
- Data Management: Accurately enter site-based applications into Match Force within 48 hours.
- Scheduling: Coordinate site-based and community-based enrollment interviews, ensuring a seamless process.
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage community-based and site-based Match Enrollment calendars.
- Background Checks: Conduct thorough background checks on new and existing volunteers to ensure safety and integrity.
- Reference Checks: Perform comprehensive reference checks for new volunteers, maintaining high standards.
- Training Coordination: Assign and track volunteer training to ensure all are prepared and informed.
- Communication: Send engaging orientation emails to welcome new volunteers.
- Cadence Management: Add enrollments to cadences, keeping the process organized and timely.
- Recruitment: Be a vocal champion for our mission with participation at events as needed.
- File Management: Create and maintain detailed files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
