Description:
Responsible for supporting and implementing marketing strategies and supporting the marketing team to execute on the marketing strategy, goals, initiatives, administrative duties, and serves to improve the credit union's competitive position, consistent with its mission and brand, within the markets served; support objectives, policies, procedures and programs for all marketing activities within the credit union; plan, direct, and facilitate the efforts of marketing and operations toward the accomplishment of overall objectives; provides input and assistance to the marketing team and other operating units within the organization.
This is a Hybrid position: This position is mainly remote with in-office work (Panama City, FL) on an as-needed basis (at least 1 day per month). The candidate must reside in Bay County, Florida or the immediate surrounding area.
Essential Functions:
- Performs daily marketing tasks, including but not limited to administrative assistance, presentations, reporting, handling correspondence, coordinating marketing projects and initiatives.
- Regularly coordinates meetings, team collaboration, planning, including research and analysis of competitive landscape of products/services to enhance go to market strategies.
- Regularly conducts market and competitive research while making recommendations for products/services/rates/content modifications/etc. to seek consistent improvements of the Marketing strategy and enhance the Tyndall brand.
- Aid in coordinating events, sponsorships, marketing collateral, planning, projects, other meetings, and reporting to maintain a positive rapport interdepartmentally while adhering to compliance.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using analytical tools to measure KPIs, success of overall marketing efforts.
- Develops, proposes, gains acceptance for, and implements marketing plans designed to meet the credit union's short and long-term marketing/strategic objectives/initiatives.
- Aids with learning and development programs specific to marketing initiatives, new product development, services, or other self-service initiatives.
- Manages the marketing inbox along with other inbound marketing channels, being responsive, and proactive with communications.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory programs including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control Program and Customer Identification Program. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience:
- One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
Education:
- A high school education or GED
