We are searching for an organized and proactive individual to help support marketing and sales initiatives. The Marketing & Sales Associate will contribute as part of a talented team by utilizing Salesforce and Pardot to assist with sales lead management, e-mail campaigns, tradeshows, programs,. This position has ample opportunity for learning and growth through collaborating with other team members to push consistency of messaging across all our platforms. This is a full-time position working at our corporate office in Woburn, MA.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in building a robust pipeline via lead generation using Salesforce tools for email, tracking and accurate reporting
- Manage Salesforce vendors for consistent support, campaign implementation, and necessary team training
- Manage complete email nurture & drip campaigns; write, design, execute, and report metrics. Manage sales team follow through related to emails and marketing qualified leads
- Manage creation and maintenance of new and existing Pardot landing pages, forms and related Salesforce campaign lists
- Assist with social media efforts: social listening, content calendars; track weekly/monthly analytics
- Manage tradeshow scheduling, budgets, and logistics specific to booth materials, leads, and objectives
- Support implementation of webinars and customer training content
- Editing, proofreading and helping Marcom Director by knowing and upholding brand standards on products, collateral and digital assets
- Schedule/coordinate team meetings; manage meeting notes & next steps to team

Job Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Salesforce and ability to create email journeys and reporting
- Familiarity posting to social media platforms: Meta, YouTube, Twitter & LinkedIn; Knowledge of social media management tools: Hootsuite; content calendars, approval processes a plus.
- Basic image resizing and video editing and/or knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus, but not required
