Marketing And Event Coordinator

Description:

The Marketing coordinator will promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers through email campaigns and social media. Address inquiries by engaging with customers on social media platforms and through website chat function.  This position also coordinates and organizes conferences, corporate meetings, and all other Smart Factory Institute events

Required Qualifications

• ·Proven experience in Marketing and Customer Service;
• Knowledge of customer relationship management systems, WIX proficiency a plus;
• Creative and detail oriented;
• Organized and can easily multitask;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders;
• Proficient at PowerPoint, Word, Excel;
• Proficient at social media (Such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.);
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
