Description:
This role will report to our Stevens Point, WI office.
What You’ll Do
Utilize data visualization software to create reports which interpret customer feedback to be used by senior leadership to improve our customers’ experience company wide.
Provide detailed analysis and participate in the development of corporate marketing strategy.
Design and execute surveys and other research methods used to evaluate customer satisfaction levels and identify experiential strengths and weaknesses
Design and build customer facing transactional and relationship questionnaires
Collect and analyze customer data used in the development of marketing and sales programs.
Serve as the customer advocate across business areas, collaborating with other product and business stakeholders as necessary
What it Takes
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of related work experience
Excellent analytical skills to include working knowledge of complex statistical analysis, spreadsheets and database applications is essential
Strong understanding of survey methodology is essential
Strong understanding of qualitative and qualitative primary research methodologies is desired
Working knowledge of Qualtrics CoreXM and DiscoverXM platforms is desired
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, presenting complex data to large groups and senior leadership
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a tightly integrated team
