Description:
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the global creative tools industry and MarTech industry, being on top of market data, industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to form a thorough understanding of commercial users' needs and pain points, providing strategic insights into the product plan to empower creations for commercial purpose and, identifying key drivers to grow the paid commercial user base.
- Work closely with the monetization team to formulate the commercial membership plan including the key features and pricing strategy.
- Develop structured models to support performance analysis and set business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of work experience in the creative tools industry or in MarTech companies, specializing in positions working with or setting business strategy for commercial users; or have experience in brands or e-commerce companies specializing in advertisement delivery works.
- Excellent strategic insight and research capabilities, excellent structured thinking and analytical thinking.
- Excellent cross-organizational communication and collaboration skills, good at communicating and handling complex affairs.
