Responsibilities:
Facilitate and track commercial opportunities to drive the private markets data business

Present to clients and commercial teams new products & functionality developed by product & technology teams

Create go to market plans for new product initiatives

Generate new ideas and contribute to product roadmap and pipeline

Partner and help steer strategic projects and initiatives across MI

Execute competitive intelligence, market research and private markets trends

Align with product stakeholders on a unified private markets product vision driven by market and client feedback.

Work with clients to gather requirements and feedback across the private capital ecosystem (investors, fund managers, funds, transactions, and assets)

Work with key team members across technology, product ops, marketing, commercial organizations to push forward monetization of private markets products

Assist in due diligence in the creation and analysis of new business opportunities

Discover and assist with M&A, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities

Set commercial and price strategy

Basic Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of private capital markets

Understanding of data and software products leveraged by private markets professionals

Strong commercial acumen and partnership with commercial teams

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering or advanced degree preferred

10+ Years in the financial service industry
