Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Jackson, MI

Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer

• Completion of a Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field or discipline, experience with robotic welding is a plus
• Good knowledge of manufacturing, processes, production reporting system and MRP.
• Experience making presentations in front of employees, customers and regulatory agencies
• Excellent problem solving techniques and methods.
• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in the organization.
• Must be fluent in English and be capable of writing instructions, plant operating procedures, and routine reports and correspondence
• Computer skills in the area of spread sheets, databases, word processing, and CAD (Solidworks)
• Must have no restrictions regarding travel to Canada
