Description:

Responsibilities:

• Execute intricate manufacturing procedures to produce gene and cell therapy products, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and SOPs, with a primary emphasis on utilizing bioreactor systems.
• Perform a diverse range of production tasks, encompassing cell culture, cell transfection, viral vector production, purification, and aseptic processing, optimizing efficiency through bioreactor utilization.
• Manage and operate bioreactor systems and other manufacturing equipment, including chromatography systems and filtration units, to facilitate seamless production processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably within gene therapy, cell therapy, or viral vector production, with a direct focus on bioreactor operations.
• Thorough understanding of cGMP regulations and proven experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in cell culture techniques, viral vector production, and purification processes, with a specific emphasis on bioreactor utilization.
• Strong ability to operate bioreactor systems and other manufacturing equipment to uphold efficient production workflows.
