Manager Product Development

Description:

• Develop strategic initiatives in conjunction with business process improvements and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with AGCO Finance Sales, AGCO Sales & Marketing, and Senior Management team to identify efficiency improvements and new desired tools to support increased AGCO sales and AGCO Finance new business volume.
• Maximize efficiency by enhancing standard business processes to ensure alignment with AGCO Finance, AGCO Corporation, and DLL.
• Focus on strategic project management to ensure new products are developed and implemented with timely and effective delivery.
• Lead training & development initiatives.
• Relationship management focusing on Sales, Marketing, IT, and e-Commerce.
• Lead field implementation and drive adoption of new products and programs
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to establish ongoing reports to measure product performance and adoption

Essentials

• Bachelors degree
• Industry-specific sales and dealer operations experience
• Minimum of 7 years DLL or comparable industry experience
