Tasks

The Manager of Operations Quality and Compliance is responsible for:
 

  • Quality Oversight: Ensure that all operational processes, both internal and outsourced, meet the company's quality standards, providing reliable and consistent service to customers
  • Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with all safety, security, and customs regulations, as mandated by the company, IATA, and local and international government agencies
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and support a robust quality assurance program that covers all aspects of operations, ensuring that processes meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Incident Management: Lead investigations into any quality or compliance-related incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Participate in other duties as assigned
