Requirements
The Manager of Operations ensures smooth and efficient operations for all summer programs by assisting the Director of Business Operations as well as the Program Management team execute all program logistics. Additionally, the Manager will provide critical data and analysis to the Senior Assistant Dean for planning and assessment purposes. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
Serve as main point of contact for all operation’s needs, including but not limited to: office supplies and tech needs, cell phones and other communications needs, student meal plans and dining issues, buses, certificates, GOCard, CampDoc + Student Health + Public Health (includes vax compliance), UIS, GEMS, and Student centers (for Dance studio and check-in/out day, special events).
Build and maintain strong and positive working relationships with all campus partners for operational logistics, scheduling and facilitating annual debriefs and improvement sessions with above partners.
Manage SCIP travel arrangements and reimbursements, assisting the Director of Business Operations in processing financial, operational, or human resource matters.
Maintain all financial and operational data, conducting analysis for the senior assistant dean, including enrollment trends, program effectiveness, and other data points as needed.
Assist with market research data for new program development, maintaining program evaluations in Qualtrics.
Assist leadership team in reviewing and understanding program evaluation results.
Produce analysis of program evaluation results for distribution to the team and to faculty and partners as needed.
