Translate our integrated marketing strategy into design, content and communication tactics for Health Mart Marketing Edge, our local marketing customer platform.
Manage content strategy for the Marketing Edge, ensuring content is current, relevant and coordinated with all other Health Mart marketing channels to optimize customer use.
Partner with local marketing agency on content creation/promotion, media strategy, asset management, and program management and analytics.
Manage local marketing program and matching funds budgets, regularly tracking usage and reporting out to key stakeholders.
Track and report site performance and provide key learnings/recommendations for optimizing results.
Answer customer questions and coordinate with agency to answer/serve our customers.
Stay abreast of industry best practices for matching funds programs to optimize program offerings and present ideas for new assets.
Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or the equivalent relevant business experience
4+ years’ experience with digital strategy development and execution
Critical Skills
Create content strategy for Health Mart local marketing programs that connect and support corporate business and marketing strategy.
Strong understanding of digital media practices including analytics, reporting, and tracking customer journey analytics
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
Excellent organization, execution and project management skills to ensure everyone is aware of their role and deliverables to meet project objectives.
Strong ability to act independently with sound business judgment and emotional maturity
Excellent listening skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority across all levels and functions.
Ability to offer excellent and timely customer service when managing customer questions.
