Description:
The Manager of Business Transformation will serve as a results-oriented leader charged with supporting transformation for Iron Mountain’s Digital Business Unit. This is a 24 to 36 month mission to ready the business to deliver and digest the Matterhorn growth agenda through collaborative cross-functional process design, systems configuration and implementation, and the championing of change.
Key focus areas include:
Baselining current state complexities in day to day operations with the lens of driving both short term and long term remediation as it relates to processes.
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders within the DBU and across the company to support/build project plans and document the current state for redesign to future state of critical processes required to build, grow and scale the DBU from a business operations standpoint.
Establish and sustain an operational framework across DBU to proactively manage and monitor project health - get ahead on potential customer satisfaction issues and project impact from a revenue /margin standpoint.
Support the VP and Director of Transformation and Business Operations to establish, update, and analyze KPIs to measure overall health and improvement metrics for key functions. Analyze industry and internal data, market reports and benchmarks to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Enable operational management across the DBU across all customer facing functions - Operations, Professional Services, Implementations, & leadership awareness/reporting
Provide support to VP and Director on cross-company enterprise transformation as well as BDU specifics efforts targeted at fundamentally revamping the company operations and systems from an order to cash perspective
Effective story-telling via, qualitative and quantitative research and summarizing / presenting results and implications
