As a Starbucks Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of seasonal marketing campaigns and strategies to engage our customers and deepen their love for Starbucks. You will collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans and develop communication strategies to engage our customers at all points along the customer journey.
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
- Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns and brand strategies rooted in business and consumer insights. Mine other areas of the business like Product, Analytics, social listening, media and PR for qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, cross-channel communication strategies, generate new ideas, manage projects and resolve issues. Foster and develop relationships to ensure project timelines are met and conflict is resolved or escalated in a timely fashion.
- Write compelling creative briefs and partner with creative agencies to guide and evaluate creative work, ensuring output is on strategy and on budget.
- Develop and implement marketing research plans in partnership with Consumer Insights & Analytics to inform Go-To-Market strategies and creative briefs.
- Lead the development of written communications including leadership presentations, promotional recaps and marketing business cases for new programs or initiatives to support our strategies for growth.
- Lead the strategic execution and management of promotional plans, including detailed oversight of key internal documents and processes including calendars and budgets.
- Bring big idea thinking to our seasonal and brand campaigns to deepen brand love and engagement with our customers
