Description:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Overall product and portfolio strategy and management of the product life cycle.
- Analyze historical device performance on a SKU level, forecast future performance, and make portfolio recommendations for different product lines.
- Lead new product innovation roadmaps in partnership with global HQ and SEA centralized teams.
- Lead product introductions and model launches in conjunction with the Sales team, Demand Generation team and other cross-functional partners.
- Formulate and direct the go-to-market strategy in conjunction with cross-functional partners in Demand Generation and Sales.
- Category expert in terms of industry and technology trends, and competitive benchmarking.
- Monitors forecast-to-actuals, and works with sales, supply chain, and customer stakeholders to optimize inventory levels.
- Develop customer-specific strategies, programs and pricing. Ongoing customer engagement and presentations.
- Work with Training team to create training material for sales associates.
- Work with Marketing Team to ensure optimal ROIs for marketing activities.
Background/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 6+ years of related industry or strategy experience is required. MBA is preferred, but not Required.
- Prior experience with consumer electronics / mobile products is preferred.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams across division (Sales, Demand Gen, Operations)
- Demonstrate competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at mid-to-senior levels.
- Self-motivated, goals oriented individual who can accomplish personal and business goals within established time frames.
- Ability to travel ~20% of the time.
