Description:
The Sales Account Manager, SC Johnson Ahold Field Sales will manage Ahold’s Air Care and Home Storage businesses and customer engagement, overseeing joint business planning and day-to-day engagement, driving growth via Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing, and Promotion & Replenishment (DMPPR). In this role, you will own forecasting, deal management, and cross-functional relationships with supply chain, marketing, and finance. Customer relationships, early planning and supply chain execution are critical aspects of role, historically resulting in record-breaking sales and share growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve annual Air Care and Home Storage business objectives
Build strong customer relationships and partnerships driving sales, market share and profit growth
Execute seasonal and drive period programs with early planning, accurate forecasting, and clear communication across supply chain and the customer
Identify and execute distribution, promotion, and merchandising opportunities aligned with corporate and customer goals
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant business experience OR advanced degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant business experience
