The Management Consultant/Manager in Guidehouse's Disaster Recovery Practice responsibilities include:
- Leading delivery teams on high impactProgram Management and Grant Administration Programs in response to disaster events nationwide
- Having an in-depth knowledge of and ability to operationalize policy issued at the Federal, State and Local level as part of the day-to-day work duties
- Establishing approaches to manage the full-life cycle of grant programs from Start-up to Closeout
- Facilitating meetings with client stakeholders and multi-disciplinary internal teams
- Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients
- Managing staff along with providing regular feedback and coaching
- Driving business development activities including leading RFP responses and proposal development
- Ability to lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectives
