Description:
Responsibilities of this role include:
Create and maintain formal process documentation utilizing Business Process Management artifacts
Design and produce metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes and controls
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives aligned with desired customer outcomes and issue resolution/risk mitigation activities to achieve breakthrough results
Track and resolve process breakdowns
Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to share results, drive changes and gather requirements
Collect data and use analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership into well managed health
Demonstrate curiosity and aptitude to learn about the current regulatory environment and internal policies within Retail Bank and the Enterprise
Drive a portfolio of results independently to meet deadlines
Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve customer outcomes, execution quality, and efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 4 years of Process Management or Project Management experience
At least 1 year of Fraud strategy or Operations strategy experience
