This role is responsible for driving the growth for ADRM by prioritizing and owning the development of a centralized AD Retail Media Planning and Measurement platform. This portal is a critical part of ADRM long-term strategy to stay driven in the constantly evolving retail media landscape and meet the demands of our CPG vendor and advertiser partners.

This position builds the vision and drives implementation for a coordinated and seamless omnichannel retail media campaigns with state-of-the art measurement and optimization capabilities in compliance with the IAB retail media measurement guidelines. This role will work together cross-functionally with key partners across the larger Ahold Delhaize Global and US commercial, data, architecture and IT organizations.

Recipe for Success - What's “in store” for the role
 

  • Drives ongoing feature improvements and new capabilities for existing AD retail media platforms.
  • Defines and supervises critical metrics for existing and new ADRM planning & measurement platforms.
  • Leads portfolio budget approved for prioritization and implementation.
  • Develops criteria and potential RFP requirements to evaluate 3rd party technology solutions considered for implementation of any aspect.
  • Works in close collaboration with key collaborators to craft, test and roll out the platform.
  • Drives compliance with the latest IAB retail media guidelines and relevant MRC standards throughout requirements gathering, scoping, designing and implementation.
  • Monitors driven AdTech & MarTech landscape and trends to ensure the latest improvements are incorporated into the implementation of the platform.
  • Provides ongoing updates and training to the ADRM team
     

The Essentials In Your Cart - The Required Ingredients
 

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Ad Tech & Mar Tech integrations, product and platform development, retail media, media measurement, online publisher monetization, data integration, digital advertising operations, or digital advertising campaign analytics.
  • IAB certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and Master’s degree a plus
