Responsibilities

  • Help Global Key Account (GKA) brands identify and recruit potential third-party partners (TSPs) who can provide service for sellers/brands on executing and managing content E-commerce (Tiktokshop management, shoppable short form videos and live streaming operation and affiliate operation
  • Design and implement operational plans to drive TSP growth of GMV and service capability to GKA brands
  • Work closely with category leads and account managers on matchmaking between Brands and TSPs by identifying needs from Brands and TSPs
  • This role requires the ability to work across different time zones and cultures and bring a philosophy of client-centricity to the role both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience of working at/ with agencies (content related agency is preferred)
  • 2+ years experience of working at/with e-commerce (working at brand or marketplace or working at agencies and managed online retail clients)
  • The successful candidate is proficient in strategy and analytics, with a client serving mindset and is a good team player.
  • The ideal candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in strategic thinking, and has deep experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Strong merchant growth mindset and operational skills
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Live Streaming or short video is preferred.
  • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
