Help Global Key Account (GKA) brands identify and recruit potential third-party partners (TSPs) who can provide service for sellers/brands on executing and managing content E-commerce (Tiktokshop management, shoppable short form videos and live streaming operation and affiliate operation
Design and implement operational plans to drive TSP growth of GMV and service capability to GKA brands
Work closely with category leads and account managers on matchmaking between Brands and TSPs by identifying needs from Brands and TSPs
This role requires the ability to work across different time zones and cultures and bring a philosophy of client-centricity to the role both internally and externally.
Qualifications
5+ years experience of working at/ with agencies (content related agency is preferred)
2+ years experience of working at/with e-commerce (working at brand or marketplace or working at agencies and managed online retail clients)
The successful candidate is proficient in strategy and analytics, with a client serving mindset and is a good team player.
The ideal candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in strategic thinking, and has deep experience working with cross functional teams.
Strong merchant growth mindset and operational skills
Strong knowledge of and experience with Live Streaming or short video is preferred.
Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
