Description:
The person in this role will set the stage for our exceptional growth by building a scalable revenue strategy through actionable analytics and recommendations. This position will lean on cross-functional teams to support the go-to-market efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive analysis and programs to develop and refine global revenue strategy.
- Build and refine a robust market model synthesizing third-party data and internal data sources.
- Support and/or lead strategic initiatives requiring data analytics and cross-functional program management.
- Take on strategic topics at the enterprise level and provide actionable analytics and recommendations.
- Manage the setting and tracking of revenue OKRs across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to align OKRs with company goals.
- Regularly assess and report on OKR progress.
- Other duties as assigned.
Background Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, and/or revenue operations at high-growth tech companies.
- Experience in market sizing and competitor analysis.
- Experience in driving projects with cross-functional scope.
- Experience with analyzing data from Salesforce, other Go-To-Market systems, and ERP.
- Experience in initiating and managing projects in B-to-B tech businesses.
- Experience in designing and analyzing OKRs in B-to-B tech businesses.
