Our client is a well-respected global company who specialise in various niche Tech markets, including Tech Sales and Security. As part of their growth plans, they are looking to hire an experienced billing recruiter to work on a desk specialising in Data Analytics, AI and Machine Learning.

The role:

This desk will report into an experienced Director who has a track record of high-speed growth within the Data Analytics, AI and Machine Learning space. They are looking for this role to be a billing management position, where part of your role will be to hire and develop recruitment consultants underneath you.

You will build longstanding client relationships, as well as liaise with highly specialist candidates.

It’s a full desk, 360 role within a staffing agency, so business development will play a key part of this position.

What we’re looking for:

At least 4-5 years’ staffing/recruitment experience within a niche market in the technology sector – ideally AI, Machine Learning and/or Data Analytics.

Ideally educated to degree level

Confident, articulate and proactive, you can make bold decisions and manage a busy desk

You are flexible to relocate to the USA or based locally
