Description:
The Manager of Place-Based Strategies is responsible for managing and implementing place-based initiatives, action networks, and community investments across multiple strategies within Learn to Earn Dayton and for facilitating community connections to leverage efforts. The Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure community engagement, outreach, and communications activities related to place-based partnerships.
The Manager of Place-Based Strategies will work closely with the Development, K-12, and Cross-Sector teams; collaborate with community residents and leaders on capacity-building efforts; and engage nonprofits in collective impact efforts. The Manager will develop and implement innovative and collaborative strategies to increase economic and social mobility and reduce disparities in student outcomes in Montgomery County.
