Description:

Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation processes, encouraging innovative design solutions that push the boundaries of conventional design.
Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity are met.
Provide guidance on typography, color theory, and layout principles to ensure consistent and visually appealing designs across various platforms.

How you will do it:
Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to understand and interpret creative briefs, translating them into impactful visual concepts that align with our brand identity and target audience.
Work closely with marketing, product, and other key stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative solutions, and ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
Conduct working reviews and provide feedback: Review creative work and provide constructive feedback to ensure alignment with the artistic direction and brand guidelines.

What success looks like:
Manage and mentor a team of two graphic designers, fostering their growth, skill development, and creative excellence.
Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into our visual strategies.
Utilizing a hands on approach, produce graphics and visuals that reflect the JanSport brand and resonate with our GenZ audience.

Skills for Success
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and design versatility.
Previous experience in a leadership or management role, demonstrating effective team management, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
