As the Manager of Renewal Operations, you will be a driving force behind our customer retention and revenue growth efforts. You will work with a team of professionals and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT departments to optimize processes, enhance customer experiences, and nurture lasting client relationships.

Your Impact

Areas of impact for the Manager of Renewal Operations include:

  • Forecasting - Developing and maintaining accurate churn logo forecasts for strategic decision-making - Capable of identifying cross-selling opportunities by connecting orphan TnB opportunities with upcoming renewals - Experienced in developing, tracking, and analyzing metrics to maximize Total Contract Value (TCV), retention rates, and monitor churned logos
  • Customer Support and Collaboration - Efficiently resolving licensing and fulfillment issues - Skilled in working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to proactively address customer needs and identify future opportunities
  • Revenue Accuracy - Collaborating with the Finance and Renewal Sales teams to ensure accurate Annualized Total Revenue (ATR) adjustments - Understanding of financial principles related to revenue recognition and adjustments
  • Performance Enhancement - Driving a renewal team's productivity to meet and exceed performance targets - Strong leadership and motivational skills to improve team performance
  • Renewal Policy Compliance and Process Management - Collaborating with relevant parties to ensure adherence to renewals policies and procedures - Ability to manage weekly run-rate support to ensure timely customer reviews and contract renewals - Skills in overseeing renewal contract management to maximize bookings
  • Strategic Planning - ATR accuracy, End-of-Life (EOL) product management, pre-churned customer strategies, contract length optimization, and automation initiatives - Forward-thinking with a focus on long-term planning (e.g., FY25 and beyond

Qualifications
Your Experience

  • 5+ years in Renewals/Sales Operations, Revenue/Business Operations or similar role
  • Biased for execution and drives results - pushes self and others to achieve challenging goals and shows a strong drive to follow through with and complete what was started
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability - takes responsibility and ownership for organizational, team, and personal commitments - holds others accountable for results of assigned responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher or equivalent military experience) preferred
