Maintenance Technician Ii

I’m working with a fast-growing food processing manufacturing company in St. Louis, MO who are looking to add multiple skilled technicians to their Maintenance Department. They’re looking for a well-rounded technician who preferably has direct food processing experience, as well as experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. If you’re a less experienced technician, there is a hands-on training program that will get you up to speed with their manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:

· Carry out electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance on all production equipment.

· Troubleshoot and repair production equipment

· Monitor machine operation and help with preventive maintenance programs for new and rebuilt equipment in compliance with GMP and SQF requirements

· Incorporate electrical control systems for new machinery, facilities equipment and machine/process improvements

. Follow and complete work orders using a CMMS system

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience

· Ability to use hand tools and electronic test equipment

· Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding

· Understanding of PLCs

· Food processing experience preferred

· Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
