Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SMP/E, software upgrades, and maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of CICS parameters controlling performance in a CICSPlex environment
• Experience with CICSPlex SM implementation and customization
• Ability to perform problem determination, dump analysis, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of Cobol to support application developers
• Experience with Mainframe Websphere MQ
