Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machinist to join our team in Dublin, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining precision machinery, including CNC machines, to produce high-quality components in accordance with specifications. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine machining operations.

Set up, adjust, and operate various machine tools, including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders.

Program and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Monitor the machining process to ensure precision and adherence to design specifications.

Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process-related issues as they arise.

Maintain and repair machine tools to ensure optimal performance.

Work collaboratively with engineers and production staff to improve manufacturing process.
