A fast-growing Denver-based startup working with cutting-edge AI and computer vision technology is looking for a talented and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join their team. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Denver, CO office.

As a Machine Learning Engineer (Computer Vision), you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust computer vision solutions and refining machine learning models for classification, identification, and real-time video processing. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic team to scale and enhance AI-powered systems that are transforming transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and develop computer vision solutions to address complex technical challenges.
✅ Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for image classification, object detection, and identification.
✅ Work on real-time video processing and analysis pipelines.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable and production-ready.
✅ Continuously optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔️ Strong academic background, preferably in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
✔️ Proven experience in developing and deploying production-ready computer vision systems.
✔️ Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and image processing libraries (e.g., OpenCV).
✔️ Track record of solving complex technical challenges in the computer vision domain.
✔️ Ability to optimize machine learning models for real-world performance and accuracy.
✔️ Strong programming skills with modern software development practices (e.g., version control, CI/CD, testing).

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: 130000 - 190000 USD per year (based on experience).
