As a LOB Risk Lead, within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.In this role, you will be within 1LOD, Operational Risk and Resiliency Services organization, and be a part of the Technology Risk Management Services Team performing the function of RCSA and Issues Quality and Coordination. You will be responsible for risk activities such as issues coordination, RCSA management, reporting, data analysis, and serve as the interface between the three Lines of Defense and 1LOD business partners. Candidates with an advanced technology risk and RCSA background along with relationship management skills will be successful in this role. Additional responsibilities include:• Manage a portfolio of Risk control Self Assessments (RCSA) and open issues requiring remediation• Communicating/Reporting risk updates to internal teams and ensuring appropriate transparency with leadership • Data Analysis including risk and control analysis and remediation strategies • Preparing and reporting on risks and controls, issues, RAU sign-offs, cost center to RAU mapping, and RCSA exception monitoring and reporting (controls, RAUs, and drivers), PRCs• Support Technology business partners with all risk activities as well as ad-hoc initiatives such as Archer changes, RCSA trainings/access, 2LOD challenges, exceptions, etc.• Work with all lines of defense to ensure RCSA and issue compliance• eGRC Archer experience is a plus• Knowledge of URSIT is a plus• Experience in; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and SharePoint preferredPNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job Description
Establishes Line of Business risk management strategy and oversees the execution of the risk management programs. Serves as an advocate for the risk management program.
Ensures the risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained and enhanced to support the businesses in managing their risks while meeting business and regulatory expectations.
Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business. Includes consultation to execute the program components.
Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks.
Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities.
