Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and regulations to develop case strategies.
- Attend court hearings and trials, advocating effectively for clients.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and clients to resolve disputes efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar (California).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial litigation.
- Ability to handle high-stakes litigation cases with a strong trial focus.
- Billable hours requirement: 1,900 (Flexible working model).
