Transformative Mindset is a rapidly growing private practice committed to providing exceptional mental health services through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Our dedicated team specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Person-Centered Approaches, helping clients manage anxiety, mood disorders, relationship challenges, stress management, sleep issues, addictions, eating disorders, and more.

We are currently seeking a Licensed or Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist to join our team on a flexible part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with a diverse client base in a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct initial client assessments and intake evaluations, establishing rapport and identifying client needs.
✅ Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions as appropriate.
✅ Offer telehealth and in-person therapy, blending both modalities in a hybrid model to meet client needs.
✅ Participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality care delivery.
✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentation within client records.

Key Requirements:

✔️ Licensure: Must hold an active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) OR be a Registered Intern working toward licensure in Florida. Dual licensure in both Florida and New York is highly preferred.
✔️ Experience: Prior experience using CBT is strongly preferred. Familiarity with DBT, MBCT, and other evidence-based methods is a plus.
✔️ Qualities: Compassionate, client-centered, organized, and committed to providing high-quality, solution-focused care.
✔️ Commitment: Minimum 18-month commitment required.

Work Schedule:

🗓️ Flexible hours, with availability required Monday through Sunday (exact schedule tailored to clinician’s availability).
⏱️ Expected weekly hours: 10-20 hours per week.

Compensation:
